Our Services

A full fleet of well-maintained plant — ready to deploy across construction, farming and mining projects.

Our Fleet

Plant for every phase of your project.

Our constantly expanding fleet includes the following items of plant, all maintained to the highest standards by our in-house mechanical team.

Bulldozers

A versatile piece of heavy equipment used on earthmoving jobs. It features a powerful engine and robust blade for pushing, and rippers for loosening hard material or ploughing through fields.

Bulldozers are often the first machines on site, commencing with clearing and often kept on until cutting final levels and landscaping.

Our ever-expanding fleet includes dozers with Semi-Universal blades — ideal for heavy pushing — as well as those with 6-way PAT (Power Angle and Tilt) blades, better suited for finer objectives.

Excavators

Amongst the most used machines in construction, excavators are responsible for digging trenches, holes and foundations.

These machines are essential for material handling — with the ability to effectively load tipper or dump trucks — and their single powerful arm and long reach make them advantageous in demolition and clearing thick vegetation.

Rollers

Our fleet offers a dynamic solution of rollers with conversion shell kits which allow you to switch between padfoot and smooth configurations when required. These also include the latest technology in compaction detection, for optimising productivity and cost efficiency.

Padfoot rollers are used as the first instruments of compaction on levelled gravel or rock — the protruding feet of the drum allow the machine to achieve a higher compaction than a smooth drum roller.

Smooth drum rollers also achieve compaction and are ideal for finishing, leaving a flat surface afterward.

Utilization Scope

What we do on site.

From the first day of clearing to the final pass of compaction, Dozerman's fleet and team will be with you from Day One to Day Done.

Clear & Grub

Larger bulldozers such as the D6 and D65 models are efficient in bulk clearing of bush, grass and even small-to-medium sized trees. Excavators with their long reach are ideal for larger trees and where investigating unknown terrain is required. For precise clearing along fence lines, the smaller bulldozers such as the D4 are ideal.

Stripping of Layers & Stockpiling

Bulldozers are the ideal machines for stripping layers of material into stockpile, while excavators load from stockpile into trucks or dumpers to cart away. Larger bulldozers are also able to rip through harder material and then push it into stockpiles.

Cut to Fill / Cut to Stockpile

Loading haulage equipment is done efficiently by excavators. Bulldozers are necessary here to level loads and prepare the surface for compaction from rollers. Padfoot rollers are usually preferred for rough or initial compaction, while smooth drums leave a table-top finish.

Trenching & Pipework

Excavators are ideal for trenching and may also be used for laying heavy pipes or backfilling — perfect for civils and site services work.

Test Pits

Excavators are able to explore depths rivalling certain drilling rigs with their long reach — useful for geotechnical investigation.

Road Construction

The full fleet is able to work on road projects — ripping natural ground, stripping layers, excavating box-cuts, loading spoil, spreading loads and finally compaction of layers up to subbase.
